The prototype standalone VR headset Zuckerberg showed on stage looks very much like an Oculus Rift, just sansthe cables needed to connect to a PC.

Zuckerberg didn't give any details of the headset, but did say it will have built-in cameras for tracking your head and body movement.

Oculus VR isn't the only the only company developing standalone VR headsets. Both Qualcomm and Intel introduced prototypes for their own standalone VR headsets this year.
